Privacy Policy - Welcome Comp
This privacy policy applies to the Welcome Comp mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Mikael Cauã (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). This service is provided "AS IS."
Internet Connection
The Application requires an internet connection only to download PDF files from the server and provide updated content. No user information is transmitted or stored during this connection. The application also includes social media buttons that redirect the user to the respective social networks, namely:

PDF File Storage
The Application uses your device's internal storage to download and store PDF files from the server. This storage is necessary to allow offline access and facilitate later viewing of the documents.
The stored PDF files contain evaluation data from previous semesters of the UFMA Computer Science course, including grades, comments, and statistics. The files have an average size of 4MB.
The PDF files are stored in the device's downloads folder. Access to the files can be done through the application, but the user can also access and delete them using a file manager on their device.

The Developer may disclose information as required by law, to protect their rights, safety, or investigate fraud, or with their trusted service providers.
Opt-Out Rights
The Application does not collect any user information. The request to use internal storage for downloading PDFs is made explicitly, and the user can deny this permission if they wish, which will result in the inability to download the files, and consequently, the inability to use the application.

As the application does not retain any user data, there is no data to retain.

The Developer does not use the Application to intentionally solicit data or market to children under the age of 13.

The Developer is concerned about protecting the confidentiality of your information. The Developer provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
